On-going local activities and advocacy   :

• Permanent representation in the Tripartite Commission for Conciliation and Arbitrage (forum of communication between representatives of the Government, private sector and labor unions.
• Permanent representation in the Commission for the Implementation of the The HOPE Law (CMO-HOPE) .
• Permanent representation in the Committee for Customs Facilitation
• Permanent representation in the Center for Investment Facilitation (CFI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
• Advocacy program for the reform of and the National Insurance Agency for Work-Related Accidents and Sickness (OFATMA) through the implementation of CAOSS,a tripartite board of directors.
• Participation in and support of the activities undertaken by the Alliance for Risk Management and Business Continuity (AGERCA) for the prevention and management of natural disasters.
