Ongoing local activities and advocacy:

• Permanent representation in the Tripartite Commission for Conciliation and Arbitrage, a forum of communication between representatives of the Government, private sector and labor unions
• Permanent representation in the Commission for the Implementation of  the The Law HOPE (CMO-HOPE)
• Permanent representation in the Committee for Customs Facilitation
• Permanent representation in the Center for Investment Facilitation (CFI), in partnership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)
• Advocacy program for the reform of the National Social Security Administration (ONA), and the National Agency for Work-Related Accidents and Maternity (OFATMA) through the implementation of a tripartite administrative board
• Participation in, and support of, the activities undertaken by the Alliance for the Management of Risks and Business Continuity (AGERCA), for the prevention and management of natural disasters.
